We understand sometimes unexpected obstacles arise and we're here to help! Our team here at Noritsu has worked hard to provide you with the best possible solution to help reduce costs associated with this transition. Not only have we provided the first set of inks at no charge, but we've thrown in the software and instructions so you can do it yourself if you desire, at your convenience! We will also take back up to 4 old ink cartridges, for credit to your account, they must be in saleable condition (new, unopened and within 6 months of expiry)
Each kit comes with an entire set of the new ink, software to upgrade, and a video with step-by-step instructions. Customers with service agreements can have a Noritsu technician do the change over at the time of Preventive Maintenance. If you don't have a service agreement, you can either do it yourself or have a Noritsu technician come in and do it on site, regular labour and zone charges will apply.

What the Kit Includes:

Customers with service agreements can get the change over done at no cost during the next scheduled Preventive Maintenance.
Customers without service agreements can choose to do the change over themselves, or, if you prefer an in person visit, it will be treated as a call out visit and zone charges and travel costs will apply. It is recommended to pair this with a preventative maintenance visit to reduce out of pocket expenses.
