Old Inks

Take stock of your 102 Epson inks that meet the return criteria and fill out the survey sent to you by our Noritsu team. This will help us to keep track of what is coming back in stock to our warehouse.

Send Back

After filling out the survey a member of our team will send you an RTN number to place in with your returning inks. Please write this number on the outside of the box to help our warehouse team process your credits faster.

New Inks

Once we receive your old inks a credit for the amount will be added to your account. This allows you to order your new inks as you see fit and when you need them.

Guidelines

Please be sure that:

Inks are Epson 102 Ink Cartridges ONLY
Inks are unopened and in their original sealed bags & boxes
Their original box is undamaged and in good condition (not torn or defaced, written date is ok)
Inks are more than 6 months from the expiration date
Inks should be returned within 1 month of the conversion date
Inks must be Noritsu inks
