Old Inks
Take stock of your current 102 type inks that meet the return criteria. We will take back up to 4 cartridges per printer for future credit on your account.
Send Back
Once the ink change procedure has been completed, please call 1-800-461-9517 or email nclparts@noritsu.com with the inks that you will be returning.
We will require the part numbers and quantity.
We will then create a return and we will email you the FedEx shipping label.
FedEx will then come to your site and pick up the package.

New Inks
Once we receive your old inks, a credit for the amount will be added to your account. This allows you to order your new inks as you see fit and when you need them.
Guidelines
Please be sure that:
- Inks are 102 type Ink Cartridges ONLY
- Inks are unopened and in their original sealed bags & boxes
- their original box is undamaged and in good condition (not torn or defaced, written date is ok)
- Inks are within 6 months of expiration date
- Inks should be returned within 1 month of conversion date
